Month End: Provider Breakdown

An updated version of the Month End: Provider Breakdown report can be found in WebPT Billing

The Provider Breakdown Month End report is a Data Table style report that displays new patients, visits, charges, and payment details by Provider. It is useful for determining provider productivity.

Note: This report is a static snapshot of your billing data taken when the month was closed. It is captured after all Month End procedures are completed in WebPT Billing. Any changes will be reflected in the next month's data.

This replaces the previous RevFlow Provider Breakdown by POS month-end report.

Location

This report is located in the Month End Report section in Analytics. If you do not see the report listed here, ensure you have the necessary Analytics Access and User Role permissions.

Run and Customize the Report

You can filter which clinics appear in the report using the View Clinics by: drop-down menu and corresponding (…) menu button.
Select the Month and Year.
Export to Excel or CSV for further manipulation.

Column Descriptions

Column	Description
Provider Code	Unique code assigned to the provider
Provider Name	Name of the therapist
Billed New Patients	Number of new patients seen by the provider
Billing Visits	The number of fully paid visits (charges = payments + adjustments) for the month
Charges	The total charge amount billed by the provider
Charge Per Visit	The average charge per billed visit
Payments	The total amount of payments received
Adjustments	The total amount of adjustments
