Analytics Access

In order to access key reports for SOAP 2.0, you’ll need to have the correct Analytics Access permissions. Only User Managers can access the User Manager page. 

  1. Navigate to the User Manager. 
  2. Edit the user. 
  3. From the Permissions drop-down, select Analytics Access.
  4. Save the user.
  5. Please allow 15-30 minutes for the permission to process, until this happens the Analytics portal will appear blank.
  6. The user can access Analytics from the icon at the top of their WebPT screen.

By default, the user will receive access to the following reports and their data for each clinic location they have access to. If you would like to adjust the reports the user can see, check out this article.

  • Authorizations
  • Prescriptions

  • No Shows
