Analytics Access (User Manager Only)

In order to access key WebPT EMR & WebPT Billing reports, you’ll need to have the correct Analytics Access permissions

Note: Only User Managers can access the User Manager page. 
  1. Go to the User Manager. 
  2. Click the  Edit link next to the user name. 

  3. From the Permissions drop-down, select Analytics Access.
  4. Save the user and allow 15-30 minutes for the permission request to process. If the user accesses the Analytics portal before the permission is updated in the system Analytics will appear blank.
  • The user can access Analytics using the WebPT EMR global navigation bar at the top of the screen.

Included Reports

By default, the user will receive access to the following reports and their data for each clinic location they have access to. Click here, to change the user role or customize the user reports.

  • Productivity Dashboard
  • Patient Visits by Payer
  • Patient Case Status
  • Authorizations
  • Prescriptions
  • Cancels
  • No Shows
  • Notes by Clinic
  • Patient Notes
  • Open Notes
  • Missed Notes
  • Referrals
  • Referrals by Clinic
