How to Delete an Appointment or Event
If you have scheduled an appointment that you no longer need, please follow the steps below to delete. If this appointment is a reschedule, cancel, or no show, please use the appropriate appointment actions to accurately reflect this change in reporting. Delete only appointments that were made in error.
Accidentally deleted an appointment?
If you need to recover an appointment deleted in error, reach out to email@example.com or call 1-866-221-1870, option 2, option 1. Support is also available in the WebPT EMR through Live Chat (located in the lower-left corner of your screen).
- Click on the desired appointment.
- In the Edit Appointment window, click the Delete button.
- Confirm the deletion. Remember, deleted appointments will not appear on any reports.
