SOAP 2.0 Permission

In order to allow therapists to document in SOAP 2.0, you must enable the SOAP 2.0 permission at the user-level. Please note: Because SOAP 2.0 is still in development, enabling this permission acts as an acknowledgment of the Beta Agreement’s terms and conditions. You can view a copy here.

  1. Start by navigating to the User Manager.
  2. Click Edit next to the user you’d like to enable.
  3. In the Profile Permissions section, check the box next to 'SOAP 2.0 is currently an Early Access product. By clicking this checkbox, you are enabling this user to document in SOAP 2.0 and thereby agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.'
  4. Click Save User.
  5. Follow this process to enable SOAP 2.0 for each additional user desired.

Note: Because SOAP 2.0 is enabled on an individual therapist basis, you can enable some therapists to begin using SOAP 2.0, while your other therapists continue using SOAP 1.0. Additionally, because SOAP 2.0 is enabled on a case-by-case basis, a therapist could document in SOAP 2.0 for a patient’s case, and in SOAP 1.0 for the patient’s other cases.
