At a Glance Alerts Workarounds (SOAP 2.0)
Many At a Glance Alerts related to documentation have been updated with SOAP 2.0 data. As we develop a new approach to these alerts, we are providing the following solutions.
At a Glance Alert | Solution |
Pending Patient Intakes Incomplete Patient Records Incomplete Physician Records Incomplete Insurance Records |
Not impacted by SOAP 2.0 |
Needs Progress Note |
This alert has been updated to work with the SOAP 2.0 data. This alert notifies you once eight Daily Notes have been completed or 30 days have passed since the last evaluative note on a case. Within the patient's chart, an alert will appear in the Alerts Drawer once nine notes have been completed since the last evaluation or 30 days have passed. You will be prompted to create a Progress Note. Daily Notes can still be created from the drop-down menu — with the exception of Medicare patients. For Medicare patients, alerts are not triggered for 30 days, only for 9 notes. |
