Overview
Many At a Glance Alerts related to documentation have been updated with SOAP 2.0 data. As we develop a new approach to these alerts, we are providing the following solutions.

Needs Progress Note | This alert has been updated to work with the SOAP 2.0 data.

Fax Alerts | Currently, you can find failed faxes in the Outbound Communication Log in SOAP 2.0. Discover more about the Outbound Communication Log. |
Expired Plans of Care Expiring Plans of Care | Currently, you’ll receive an alert on the patient’s chart when the documentation plan of care is expired and when the eDoc plan of care is expired. You can also establish plans of care for commercial payers. |
Needs New Authorization Ending Authorizations Expired Authorization | Currently, you’ll receive alerts on the patient’s chart for expiring and expired authorizations. Discover more about Authorization Alert Reporting. You can also track authorizations in Analytics. Discover more about the Analytics Authorization report. |
Ending Prescriptions Expired Prescriptions | Currently, you’ll receive alerts on the patient’s chart for expiring and expired prescriptions. Discover more about Prescription alerts reporting. You can also track prescriptions in Analytics. Discover more about the Analytics Prescriptions report. |
Incomplete Documents | *This feature is in Limited Release. This alert has been updated to work with the SOAP 2.0 data. |

Pending Discharges | This alert is no longer necessary with the SOAP 2.0 functionality and will be removed in the future. Discover more about Clinic Preferences. |
