Outbound Fax Log

Check the status of your faxes with the Outbound Fax Log. Important: This only displays 2.0 faxes.

If you need to resend a failed fax, you'll need to navigate to the patient's chart in SOAP 2.0 to retry.
  1. Click on the drop-down menu labeled Documentation and choose Outbound Fax Log.
  2. You can filter your faxes by Start Date, End Date, Status, and Sent By (users). 
  3. The status of a fax will display as In Progress, Sent, or Failed.
