The following items are in various stages of finalization (i.e., some are currently being tested, while others are still being created). This page will be updated so you're informed and help you plan for upcoming new and exciting product changes. Please note that new functionality released will continue to be posted in the News & Updates section of the WebPT EMR and on the Release Notes page.

New

Multi-Clinic Dropdown: Members can now see which clinic they are currently documenting in and can also switch between clinics without leaving SOAP 2. Tentative full access date is slated for mid-May, 2023.

Batch Printing: Members will have the ability to view and print external documents and a list of cancellations and no shows when printing notes in SOAP 2. Tentative full access date is slated for mid-May, 2023.

"Progress Note Needed" Alert Appears on Appointments in Scheduler: An alert now appears on an appointment and in the Agenda when a Progress Note is needed for a SOAP 2.0 case. Tentative full access date is slated for mid-May, 2023.

Updated the Clinic Name Field: The Clinic Name field has been updated in several reports to reflect the Clinic Alias, if these aliases have been populated by the member. The updated reports include Documented Units, Documented Visits, Cancels Report, No Show Report, Notes by Clinic, Units by Clinic, and Visits by Payer. Tentative full access date is slated for mid-May, 2023.

Enhanced Comparison Charts by Therapist and by Clinic: The Comparison Charts by Therapist and by Clinic in WebPT Analytics have been updated to use Snowflake as their data source. Additionally, these charts will now be using the same data source as other reports that display data for the same metric. For example, the Visits by Clinic or Therapist Comparison Chart will utilize the same underlying data source as the Documented Visits Analysis Grid. Tentative full access date is slated for late-May, 2023.
