Month End: Clinic Breakdown
Clinic Breakdown is a Data Table style report that displays billed new patients, billed visits, total units with the associated charges, payments, and adjustments for each clinic location.
Note: This report is a static snapshot of your billing data taken when the month was closed. It is captured after all Month End procedures are completed in WebPT Billing. Any changes will be reflected in the next month's data.
This replaces the previous RevFlow Place of Service Breakdown by POS month-end report.

This report is located in the Month End Report section in Analytics. If you do not see the report listed here, ensure you have the necessary Analytics Access and User Role permissions. |
Run and Customize the Report
- You can filter which clinics appear in the report using the View Clinics by: drop-down menu and corresponding (…) button.
- Select the Month and Year.
- Export to Excel or CSV for further manipulation.
Column Descriptions
| Column | Description |
| Clinic Code | The code assigned to a particular clinic |
| Clinic Name | Name of the clinic |
| Billed New Patients | The total number of new patients |
| Billed Visits | The number of fully paid visits (charges = payments + adjustments) for the month |
| Total Units | Total number of units billed |
| Charges | The total amount billed during the month |
| Payments | Total payments received during the month |
| Adjustments | The total adjustments made during the month |
