Review Patient Record Information

Keeping Patient Records up to date is often a tedious and challenging task. To ensure patient records are accurate you may periodically need to review or have the patient review their patient information.

1. From the EMR Dashboard, navigate to the patient's chart.
2. Click on Patient Info.
3. To see all the patient demographics and insurance on a single page, click the Printer Friendly link in the top right of the window.
4. To print the attestation form confirming the patient’s demographic and insurance information, use your printer options or Ctrl+P. Then choose the printer from the printer dialog window.
