Benchmarking: National Productivity KPIs

Curious about how your company stacks up against the competition? Our Benchmarking tool shows you where you rank on each of the KPIs covered in the dashboard, comparing you to like-sized organizations across the nation. You can only view benchmarks at the company level, not for individual clinics.

Remember: Benchmarking reports are only available to Analytics Pro users.

Additionally, the Cancel/No Show KPI may have fewer total companies than other KPIs because not all companies use the WebPT Scheduler.

Please note that your organization must have completed 10 visits within the selected month to view benchmarking data.

Exclusions

Providers who are made inactive in the EMR will not appear in the Initial Evaluations Per Provider or Visits Per Provider KPIs.

Organization Segments

Determine which segment fits your company. National benchmarking only compares you to like-sized organizations based on the total number of providers.
