Campaigns: Measure the Experience

Predict patients who are more likely to drop out of care, or conversely, patients more likely to return and refer others. Net Promoter Score® (NPS), is an industry-agnostic, simple customer loyalty metric that can tell you what you need to know. Collect meaningful, real-time feedback allowing you to engage with patients in new, targeted ways, including real-time service recovery.

  1. Launch Reach Standard directly from WebPT by clicking the lightning bolt icon. 
  2. Open the Campaigns tab.                                    
  3. Click Measure the Experience.

  4. Select a campaign.      
                             
  5. Toggle ON to activate.
  6. Click View Details to see the patient segment, email message, and automation timing.

NPS Campaigns

Reach Standard contains two NPS campaigns designed to measure the patient experience at crucial intervals. The information gathered from these surveys allows other campaigns within the Reach ecosystem to be successful, so collecting this data is essential to the success of your overall campaign strategy.

NPS 1 Campaign Details (6-day NPS)

Who: All Patients

All individuals who are not opted-out will receive this email.

What: 6 Day NPS

This refers to the email that is displayed in the preview window. The Send Preview button will send a sample email to the email address associated with your WebPT account.

When: 6 days after the initial evaluation

The NPS survey will be sent to the patient at 6 days after their initial exam. 

NPS 2 Campaign Details (4 week NPS)

Who: All Patients

All individuals who are not opted-out will receive this email.

What: 4 Week NPS

This refers to the email that is displayed in the preview window. The Send Preview button will send a sample email to the email address associated with your WebPT account.

When: 4 weeks after the initial evaluation

This NPS survey will be sent to the patient 4 weeks after the date their initial exam was finalized.
