Campaigns: Generate Online Reviews

Positive online reviews are essential for generating new business. People reference online reviews to help them choose just about everything. In fact, according to Expertise.com, “as many as 90% of customers check online reviews before making a purchase.” So, if your practice lacks reviews or has negative reviews, there’s a good chance prospective patients are choosing your competitors instead. That’s where the Review Request email campaigns come in.

  1. Launch Reach Standard directly from WebPT by clicking the lightning bolt icon. 
  2. Open the Campaigns tab.                                    
  3. Click Generate Online Reviews
  4. Select a campaign.         
                                                                 
  5. Toggle ON to activate.
  6. Click View Details to see the patient segment, email message, and automation timing.

Review Request Campaigns

These emails—customized with your review link during onboarding—are sent only to those individuals who are considered promoters by their NPS survey results, as they are the most likely to give you a positive review. Just a few positive reviews will put you on the path toward ranking higher in internet searches for your local area, providing you with more opportunities to get clicked on, ultimately generating even more business.

These campaigns are dependent on data collected through active Net Promoter Score® (NPS) surveys to build the correct promoters email list. Enable these in the Measure the Experiencecampaign section.  

Because Review Request campaigns target promoters based on when they respond to the survey, we recommend toggling on both campaigns to maximize response rate. Additionally, we’ve created strategic content rules in the backend, ensuring your patients will only receive a review request email once, regardless of the number of NPS surveys they complete.

Review Request 1 Campaign Details

Who: Promoters

The only individuals who receive this email are the ones that have rated you 9 or higher on their most recent NPS survey.

What: Review Campaign

This refers to the email that is displayed in the preview window. The Send Preview button will send a sample email to the email address associated with your WebPT account.

When: 0 days after survey submitted

This email will be sent out to promoters who submit their 9 or 10 scores prior to 5pm EST. This survey goes out the same day they submit their score.

Review Request 2 Campaign Details

Who: Promoters

The only individuals who receive this email are the ones that have rated you 9 or higher on their most recent NPS survey.

What: Review Campaign

This refers to the email that is displayed in the preview window. The Send Preview button will send a sample email to the email address associated with your WebPT account.

When: 1 day after last survey date

This email is sent out to promoters who submit their 9 or 10 scores after 5pm EST. This survey is then sent out the morning after the score is received.
