Campaigns: Re-engage Past Patients

You can’t afford to let your patients forget about you. Maintaining an open line of communication with patients post-discharge keeps you in the loop on their continued progress, but also keeps you fresh in their minds should they—or their friends and family—ever need therapy services in the future.

  1. Launch Reach Standard directly from WebPT by clicking the lightning bolt icon. 
  2. Open the Campaigns tab.                                    
  3. Click on the Re-Engage Past Patient tile.  
  4. Select a campaign.   
  5. Toggle ON to activate.
  6. Click View Details to see the patient segment, email message, and automation timing.

Happy Birthday Campaign

Wish your patients a happy birthday, whether they are currently in treatment or discharged.

When: On their date of birth

The patient will receive this email on the birth date listed in their chart. Because of the content rules built into Reach Standard, the patient will only receive this email once. 

Reactivation Campaigns

Check in with your patients after care to ensure they’re still feeling great! Some patients are prone to flare-ups or additional injuries; others may require assistance with maintaining their current level of function. Keeping the door open after discharge ensures they come to you—not your competitors—for additional care.
