Reach Standard Overview
Reach Standard is an intuitive Patient Relationship Management (PRM) tool, providing pre-loaded automated marketing campaigns enabling you to better retain and reactivate patients, as well as boost your practice’s online presence.

First, turn on your campaigns, then, measure their success with the Engagement Dashboard. Let’s get started.
Accessing Reach Standard
Launch Reach Standard directly from WebPT by clicking the lightning bolt icon.
When you access WebPT Reach for the first time, you'll be presented with the screen shown below. Simply click Activate Account. This essentially is you granting WebPT Reach permission to send communication, on your behalf, to your patients based on the campaigns that you initiate.

Track the status of your campaigns in real-time with Reach Standard’s comprehensive dashboard. See what patients are saying about you, how they’re rating your clinic, and review key email statistics. Dive into opens, click-throughs, unsubscribes, and email collection rates. View your overall Net Promoter Score® (NPS), and a breakdown of promoters, passives, and detractors. Learn more.
Your entire patient list is automatically synced from the EMR, bringing over demographic and contact information. All updates and new patients will immediately flow into Reach, giving you access to the most up-to-date information. Learn more.
