View Cancellations and No-Shows
WebPT will automatically hide appointments marked as a no-show or canceled by default. If you want to view these appointment types in the scheduler, follow the steps below.
- Click View Schedule, located under Scheduling.
- Select one or both filter buttons to see no-show and/or canceled appointments.
- The calendar will automatically adjust to show the no-show and/or canceled appointments in the color scheme in the legend. If your clinic uses icons, the associated No Show icon (?) and Cancel icon (Φ) will also help differentiate between the two appointment types. Color schemes and icons can be set up by a clinic or calendar administrator in the Manage Calendars section.
