Change the View of the Calendar

The Scheduler Calendar offers several display options for calendar duration; in addition to an Expanded vs Compressed viewing ability. This functionality allows you to set your preferred viewing preferences.

    The Scheduler Calendar Duration view can be set to Day, Week, or Month giving you more insight into the upcoming work period. Click Day, Week or Month, to change to the corresponding view.

    Tip: Click Today to take you back to today's appointments.

    Expanded Scheduler View (Limited Release)

    The Scheduler Expanded Calendar View is the default view for your calendar. This view provides a fixed-width column for each provider calendar you select to view and includes a horizontal slider at the bottom of the Day View and Week Views and keeps all your scheduling calendars in view at all times regardless of the number of providers you are viewing for the clinic. Use the vertical slider on the right to view appointments throughout the scheduled time periods for each provider.

    Compressed Scheduler View

    The Scheduler Compressed Calendar View keeps all your scheduling calendars in view at all times regardless of the number of providers you are viewing for the clinic. This view compresses or shrinks the provider calendar column. Use the vertical slider on the right to view appointments throughout the scheduled time periods for each provider.

    Switch or Change between Expanded or Compressed Scheduler View

    You can switch between Expanded or Compressed Scheduler views depending on your preferred preferences.

    1. Click View Schedule.

    2. Click Settings.

    3. Choose No to turn off Expanded Calendar and use the Compressed View or Yes to turn on Expanded Calendar view.
    4. Click Save.
