Finding a Discharged or Inactive Patient

If you can't find a patient that has been entered into WebPT, you may need to widen your search terms. To locate your patient, please try following the steps.

  1. Click on Display Patients, located under the Patient Manager.
  2. Ensure that Search Type is set to All Clinic Patients and Patient Status is set to All.
  3. Click the Search button.

Note: After finding your patient, you can change their status (if applicable) to make it easier to find them in the future. For more information on updating a patient's status, click here.
