Finding a Discharged or Inactive Patient
If you can't find a patient that has been entered into WebPT, you may need to widen your search terms. To locate your patient, please try following the steps.
- Click on Display Patients, located under the Patient Manager.
- Ensure that Search Type is set to All Clinic Patients and Patient Status is set to All.
- Click the Search button.
Note: After finding your patient, you can change their status (if applicable) to make it easier to find them in the future. For more information on updating a patient's status, click here.
