AMD Integrated Payments
Let's review how payments posted in WebPT flow into AMD.
WebPT
First, ensure that your AdvancedMD Settings are set accordingly. For more information, please see: AMD Patient Payments.
When a payment is marked as Paid and the transaction is Saved, the payment information is sent.
AMD
Once the payment has been received by the application, it will appear as an unapplied payment attached to the client. This is the payment information as seen using the History tab.
Double-clicking on a patient payment will open the Payment Detail window. Payments transmitted automatically from WebPT will populate the User field with a prefix of WEBPT-.
