How to Add your Signature to Documentation

You can set up signatures in the user profile page. This feature is available to individual users and user managers. Follow the steps below to add or update a signature.

  1. Navigate to the User Profile. 

  2. Locate the User to Edit

  3. Scroll to the Therapist Signature section, located below the basic profile information (for user managers, the signature section is below Profile Permissions).
  4. Create a signature using one of these three methods:
    1. Upload a signature.
    2. Draw a signature.
    3. Select a signature.

A. Upload Signature

Accepted file types include PNG, JPEG, JPG, or GIF. A PDF file is not acceptable.
