Medicare Certification Date Reminder
When you Preview or Finalize your note on a Medicare patient, you may receive an alert that states the following:
"You have not changed your certification dates for this note. Please be sure these are up to date in the Plan tab before finalizing this note."
This alert is reminding you that you have not modified the Medicare Certification dates on the Plan tab of the SOAP note. More than likely, the "Frequency" still remains as stating "1 time visit only". This reminder does not prevent you from finalizing your note, but rather is designed to confirm that the dates are correct.
