Deleted Codes

We have determined that the following codes are currently being used in active episodes of care by WebPT Members and will be deleted on 10/1/2020. If you are treating a patient and one of the deleted codes (as found in the list below) is their only treatment diagnosis, you'll need to update the ICD-10 code prior to finalizing documentation after 10/1/2020.

  • R51 - Headache (Note: This code is no longer considered a complete code and should be updated for specificity before finalizing documentation).
