ICD-10 2022 updates go into effect on October 1, 2021. Please visit the CMS website for additional information.

Deleted Codes: 

We have determined that the following codes are currently being used in active episodes of care by WebPT Members and will be deleted on 10/1/2021. If you are treating a patient and one of the deleted codes (as found in the list below) is their only treatment diagnosis, you'll need to update the ICD-10 code prior to finalizing documentation after 10/1/2021.

    Note: While M545 - Low Back Pain has been removed, CMS has added three new lower back pain codes. These include:
