Removing a Patient Case

Cases can only be removed if there is no documentation, eDocs, or appointments associated with that case.

To remove a case:

  1. Navigate to the desired patient chart.
  2. Click on Patient Info
  3. In the Cases tab, click the trash can icon next to the case you want to delete. 
  4. Click the Yes button on the Delete Case pop-up.                                     
  5. Click Save Patient.
