Analytics: Reports Overview

Let's take a look at Analytics Reports:

The Reports section in Analytics contains two distinct report types: Data Tables and Analysis Grids, which allow for different methods of manipulation. Remember, you can completely customize which reports a user can view. Click here for more information on Analytics User Permissions.

Report Categories

This section contains five reporting categories:

Data Tables Overview

Data tables allow you to explore information beyond productivity KPIs with additional details regarding payers, the company, clinics, and therapists.

Analysis Grids Overview

Analysis grids contain the root data driving all metrics in the Analytics portal. By design, these reports allow heavy manipulation.

Documented Units

The Documented Units (formerly known as Billed Units) report section contains both Data Table and Analysis Grid style reports that are primarily driven from data collected on the billing sheet of the SOAP note in the EMR. In addition, if you have an integrated billing partner, you’ll also have access to a Claims Feed report that allows you to view transmission for the entire organization.

Available Reports:

These reports are automatically available to Analytics Admins and Billing Users.

Visits

The Visits report section contains both Data Table and Analysis Grid style reports that are created from patient case data, finalized note data, and appointment information from the WebPT Scheduler.

Available Reports:

Some of these reports are automatically visible to Reporting Users. Others such as Scheduled Visits, Payment Log, and Medicare Threshold are only included for Analytics Admins by default.

Cancels and No Shows

This section contains Analysis Grid style reports that are pulled primarily from the WebPT Scheduler and patient case data.

Available Reports:

These reports are automatically visible to Analytics Admins and Reporting Users.

Notes

The Notes report section contains both Data Table and Analysis Grid style reports that primarily contain data from the patient’s finalized notes and the related case.

Available Reports:

These reports are automatically visible to Analytics Admins and Reporting Users.

Referrals

The Referrals reports section contains both Data Table and Analysis Grid style reports that focus on patient referral data which is pulled from the patient’s case and finalized Initial Evaluation.
