It happens to all of us. You need your username and password to access WebPT, and your web browser remembers them for you. If you forget your password or it expires, use the first suggestion to reset your password; if you have difficulty, go to the second suggestion. If those two options do not work, call Support and have your username and the email address in your user profile handy.
Use the Forgot your password? link on the login screen
- Enter your username and a reset link will be sent to the email address in the profile.
- Check your spam folder if you don't receive an email shortly.
- If using the forgot password link doesn't work, reach out to someone at your clinic who has User Manager permissions.
User Manager at your Clinic
Check with your office administrator to find out who at the clinic can reset your password. Front office staff and clinic owners and managers typically have User Manager permissions and can reset passwords for all users.
If there isn't someone at your clinic who can help you, then call Support.
When you contact support, we will ask for your username and the email address in your WebPT user profile to confirm your identity and protect your clinic's data.
